Alla helped me locate and buy an investment property. I have worked with 2 agents throughout the process of finding a good rental condo before I met Alla, and she was my savior. She was very professional, responsive and very patient with me. I had her prepare multiple offers and I had to back out of 2 offers but she didn't even imply any impatience with my decisions. She was supportive with ANY of my decisions, yet she provided her expertise to help me make an informed decision. Alla went out of her way to investigate the properties I considered buying. She was willing to come to the properties multiple times (for various inspections, even taking addtional pictures for me, etc) with very short notice, and she was very helpful with communicating closely to condo associations. About Alla Yun
Everyone knows that home buying and home selling are challenging processes. But that is the best part of my job. There is a deep satisfaction in navigating through an array of events and seeing the enjoyment of people moving into their new homes.
My job as a REALTOR® in America is something I would not have imagined in my early years. The reason is that I had a comfortable position as a teacher in economics at a university. But after immigrating to the United States, I wanted to do something different and exciting.
One thing led to another, and I have happily been a REALTOR® for about 20 years. This entrepreneurial job has allowed me to help many people pursue the American Dream of homeownership.
I enjoy family hiking trips with my husband and our son, traveling, camping, and gardening. I also enjoy volunteering at our children's church camp "Pearl" every summer.
As a full-time, full-service Realtor®, I represent Buyers and Sellers daily.
